starting the day
Just got out of the gym. I really like going in the mornings now, I
have a lot more energy during the day. It definitely puts me in a
better frame of mind too.
I've come to the conclusion that changing a bad attitude is pretty
easy. All you need to do is go over all the things in your life that
you're grateful for. I do this while I'm working out and it's such a
good way for me to start the day. I'm lucky enough to have plenty
to be grateful for. So give that a try next time you feel stressed
or pissed off or whatever negative label you want to give those
emotions. Find something to be grateful for.
