Be happy
If you could focus on just one thing today then direct that focus on being happy. Choose to be happy no matter what. If you feel the negativity creeping in and you start to feel down, take a step back an deep breath and think about something that makes you happy. Your significant other, your pet, your kids, a beautiful day, a piece of cheesecake, whatever it is. Be happy, that's my wish for you. Feel good, laugh. The world's to wonderful not to.

oops...
Sorry I've been neglecting the blog. I have plenty of excuses which I won't bore you with. I just finished "The Law of Attraction" by Jerry and Esther Hicks. It's a really good book and I recommend it to anyone looking to bring more of what they want into their lives. I'm also doing some research about speed reading. It's interesting stuff. I'll check back later today with another post.

starting the day
Just got out of the gym. I really like going in the mornings now, I
have a lot more energy during the day. It definitely puts me in a
better frame of mind too.
I've come to the conclusion that changing a bad attitude is pretty
easy. All you need to do is go over all the things in your life that
you're grateful for. I do this while I'm working out and it's such a
good way for me to start the day. I'm lucky enough to have plenty
to be grateful for. So give that a try next time you feel stressed
or pissed off or whatever negative label you want to give those
emotions. Find something to be grateful for.

blogging and testing

Here it is, my first post on my new blog. What's this blog about you ask? Right now it's about one page. I plan on posting about life in general and the things that I'm interested in such as personal development, trading, meditation, and relationships. I guess that's it for now.
